Payouts
Earnings accumulate as pending commissions in your affiliate dashboard after each successful payment by a referred user. You can request a withdrawal once your balance reaches the minimum threshold.

Promotion Guidelines
You are free to promote CipherSense Agents through any legitimate channel. To protect the program's integrity and ensure a fair experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
- Always disclose that your link is an affiliate link — in accordance with FTC, ASA, and applicable local regulations.
- Do not use paid search ads that bid on branded keywords (e.g. “CipherSense Agents”) without prior written approval.
- Do not create fake reviews, misleading comparisons, or false claims about CipherSense Agents features or pricing.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk email (spam) containing your affiliate link.
- Do not attempt to refer yourself or accounts you control.
- Ensure any promotional content accurately represents the current features and pricing of CipherSense Agents.

Is there a cost to join the affiliate program?
No. The program is completely free to join. Any CipherSense Agents user can generate an affiliate link from their dashboard at no cost.
How long does the referral cookie last?
The referral cookie is valid for 30 days from the first click. If the visitor creates an account and subscribes within 30 days of clicking your link, they are credited to you.
When does the 12-month commission window start?
It starts on the date your referred user activates their first paid subscription — not the date they signed up for a free account.
Do I earn commission on trial periods?
No. Commissions are earned only on successful payments. Trial periods that convert to paid subscriptions trigger the first commission on the first real charge.
What happens if a referred user upgrades their plan?
You earn 30% of whatever they pay. If they upgrade from Starter to Pro, your commission increases proportionally from the date of the plan change.
What if my referred user cancels and resubscribes?
The referral attribution is permanent. If they cancel and later resubscribe, you continue to earn commissions for the remainder of the original 12-month window.
Can I refer myself or my own organization?
No. Self-referrals are blocked — you cannot earn commissions on subscriptions tied to your own account.
What payout methods are supported?
We process payouts via bank transfer and PayPal. Nigerian affiliates can also receive payments via Paystack. Additional methods may be considered on request.
How long does it take to receive a payout?
Payout requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the transfer has been initiated.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00. Balances below this threshold remain pending until the threshold is reached.
